Money App Dilemma

It is boring after a few months or so I have sort out this thing of the Money App (PC and Mobile) not working, either comes up an error that "Alias does not exist or Restart the App", it is frustrating. I try and resort to the App Suite and that also not work. I logged a case on the 13th of Feb (***8) and no one has bothered to assist as feedback I am getting is that there hasn't been an update on it. This issue started when I had two profile numbers and I was advised that one had to give and we did that, things work for a while and then not. Why can't you just wipe off he old profile number once and for all because I can still see greyed out under profile management? Haaai no this is boring
