Monday morning chat about the weekend

Nedbank Blue Route has gotten a attitude that you as the client just has to wait till they are done having their chat behind the counter before calling you up. i walked in at 08:40am this morning and only after i went to the counter at 9am to ask when i will be helped because there was no client before me. i got assisted two minutes later. while waiting the laugher and chatting was going on at its best! Not to mention the attitude i got after calling them out on being lazy!
