MobiMoney Withdrawal Nightmare

Since Friday 07 May I’ve been trying to get out my MobiMoney sent and ABSOLUTELY NO ONE at Nedbank can assist me with that. I’ve been calling everyday since then asking for assistance and every consultant tells me something different, almost as if no one knows how to do their job there. I’ve received a ref number ***9 but still waiting to get my money for almost a week now! Do better NEDBANK!
