Mobimoney wallet disabled for no reason
This morning I did not have my bank card with me, but needed to withdraw money. I went to the ATM, transferred all my money into my mobiwallet account to do a cardless withdrawl. Only to be met with error after error. Came back home, fetched my bank card, and tried to transfer the money back to my cheque account as I've done many times in the past - no luck - more errors. Now after an hour on the phone with your call centre they are telling me that the account is inactive - but for the life of them cannot figure out why the mobiwallet account is inactive. Its been reset and a new pin never sent - so I can't access the service at all. Nor do I have access to any money. This is absolutely pathetic from Nedbank. How do accounts just become inactive after transferring money into the account? This makes no sense and I expect someone from Nedbank to firstly correct this immediately and phone me back to advise how the hell this happened in the first place. Your services CANNOT possibly be this unreliable.
