Mobimoney wallet

Ref ***8 i have transferred money via Mobimoney from my current account when i want to use my money i cannot transfer it back it tells me with errors , i was given time 2 days it will be fixed till now i am still struggling no one is helping me yet account accepted money when i need it i am been send up and down .i need that money for medication. NEDBANK is currently a bad service im not happy at all
