Mobimoney refund

I have had a very bad experience with nedbank, they are giving me the run around since 26.10 2025 till today, they don't want to refund my money that was in my mobimoney account before they discontinued the account, everytime I call or go to the bank they tell me different stories, they are not even responding to my emails regarding the refund, I'm so frustrated with their service.
