MobiMoney product

Nedbank MobiMoney & Sendimali products is a were poorly designed product, first of all, you are not able to reverse the transaction on SendImaili if it was sent to a wrong number by mistake of which on other banks you are able to do, and second of all the lack of support received to resolve the query is appalling.

I have waited four days to receive my money back after spending close to 6 hrs on calls being sent from pillar to post. I was asked to go to the nearest branch to update my contact detail so they can move my old MobiMoney account to my new number and this has taken them close to four days just to do that, I must say this is the worst service I have ever received in my life they must relook the design on their MobiMoney & SendImali products they are the worst!!
