Mobimoney Nedbank...slowest and lowest ever.

I sent money (R1000) to a friend on the Mobimoney thing you can create on your phone on the 01/06/2019..., due to him not withdrawing in time he received an SMS stating that the mone will be returned to sender on the 08/06/2019. I called Nedbank contact center and I was told to wait 7-10 working days and I did. Up till today, I have not been returned my money nor does my friend have the money. No one in Nedbank can resolve they problem, even the manager who called me couldn't speak English properly, and he said to me that he will call me back in 48 hours of which he didn't. I waited the entire long weekend through...TODAY IS TUESDAY! Still nothing !!! Where is my money??? Is it being kept for safe-keeping ???? what is it ?? cause a company so advanced should be able to tell me where it is.
