MobiMoney is frustrating you should consider shutting it down its more harm than good.

I am so frustrated with Nedbank MobiMoney, I personally think it should be discontinued. People will suffer while they have funds in their so called MobiMoney wallet but cant withdraw, on top of that you will be sent from pillar to post. Branch people are so clueless about this thing but its Nedbank. You have failed on this one. On the 24 of October 2021 someone sent me bus fare of 500 i saw the popup message on my phone screen, so I exited the message thinking it will be lying on my sms inbox, time came I wanted to withdraw the money and book a bus home its Sunday midday I do not have any other funds to transport myself and Monday i should be saying good morning Boss at work. I went to my smses to check the voucher number and pin, all to find out I have a silly message"MoboMonye.You have received R500 in your wallet.Dial 1-*120*002# and login.Need hepl?call ***"That is when my nightmare started till this day.They have been escalating my query like no body's business and hit a brick wall.
