Mobimoney

You guys have the worst service ever!!! On the 27th August I received mobimoney from someone and I couldn't withdraw it because I kept getting an error message of not being able to generate a pin for me than Monday I get an error message that I have to go to a branch with my ID for FICA verification, I MEAN JUST TO WITHDRAW AN E WALLET NOW I HAVE TO GO TO THE BRANCH WITH MY ID AS OF I'M AFFILIATED WITH YOUR STUPID BANK!!! YET AGAIN I RECEIVED ANOTHER MONEY ON THE 30TH THINKING IT WOULD WORK OUT AINCE I WENT TO YOUR STUPID BRANCH FOR FICA VERIFICATION AND STILL I COULDN'T WITHDRAW SO TODAY YOU GUYS DECIDED TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT FOR ME AND NOW ITS MY MONEY IS GONE WHICH I WANT TO BE REIMBURSED!!!!
