I honestly can't believe that a WHOLE department cannot resolve my query .I called Nedbank on the 31st because I couldn't withdraw money sent to me via mobimoney. I got and still get a error message saying I should call a certain number. Consultant I spoke to said she'll "log a query and the matter will be attended to" I called again today and was told the same thing! I want a solution TODAY
