Mobile banking

My account was logged out off my banking app and when i try to ask what is the matter i am being told that something was wrong...even now when i try to login...it always say something and i am told to go the branch but here where i am there are no NEDBANK branch....so now i can't use my card or app....how will i access my account now... Please tell Nedbank to fix that or else we better go separate ways and i will sue them , because that's my personal account... I hope i can manage to login after this.
