Mobile APP useless and not user friendly

<p>For a bank that's so advanced Nedbank surely has one of the most useless mobile apps I've ever seen in my life. Their internet banking website isn't great either. Every time I use this app I get more and more frustrated with this bank. I'm a software engineer and not even I can figure this app out without spenidng hours on it that I don't have. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm moving to FNB. Right now they seem more tec savvy </p>
