MOBI MONEY ****PY SERVICE NEDBANK

Hi im very annoyed with nedbank new mobi money account that they have i been calling the call centre for feedback as i need my money in the accoount only to get feedback that they logged a call but nothing has been resolved since last week im very UPSET for the ****ty service as we need the money and all the consultants tell me there is nothing they can do, so what type of customer service is nedbank giving us i want my funds in my account as it shows there is no funds and yesterday it was still reflecting.
