Mobi Money Issues

I'm disgusted by the level of communication and treatment from Nedbank. I received a mobi money on Wednesday 27/01/2021 to date I have not received it. I have been sent from pillar to post since the 27 January to date.

I was finally put through to the complains department and given another Ref no and I was promised to be called back before close of business today. I do not want anything associated with Nedbank after I have received my money and I will NEVER recommend Nedbank to anyone for that matter.
