Mobi-Money from Nedbank

Name: Samukelisiwe S Madlala ID No. *** Account Number:*** Cell No. *** Nebank is stressing me, I don't have money to go to work cause on Friday I withdraw the money through Mobi-Money, it went through but they don't give me a voucher pin to be able to withdraw the money since Friday n I called them, I stay on the line with the consultant for 45minutes but no help. They 1st said my mobi money has canceled by who I don't knw, they said they updating it than I will be able to withdraw but nothing even now. I don't have any money now to go to work n buy bread for my kids, kindly help me Hellopeter.
