MOBI MONEY

I received money in my mobi money account but still cant withdraw. I am being sent from pillar to post with all consultants coming up with different excusees. I was advised its been sent for escalation but 72hrs later I still dont have any feedback or solution and I am the constantly calling for feedback. This bank is honestly pathetic.
