We had an appointment with a business manager at 9am but by 10am we were still not assisted. It is month end and only 1 teller is open and at work. A customer who wanted to with draw R10 000 from his business account was told he should wait for 2 hours

The manager is not on duty. This branch is not suppose to be opened.
