Mistreatment from nedbank

Hi I'm back again with the same problem from nedbank can I please get some help my money has been with nedbank for 2 weeks now I've been compliant with everything they asked me to send from my side Affidavit Payslip Proof of employment(contact) It has gotten to a point where they now hang up my calls, I was told I was going to get a solution on how to get my money today now no one is answering I called the complaint department they're telling me it's the atteridgeville branch's problem I really don't know what to do anymore because my rent was due last week I need to pay for my car my kids are going to school next week.
