Mistreating me

I hope you are well Can you please clarify why you Nedbank as my bank you giving me 11.65% and standard bank is not bank but they are giving better offer. why are you mistreating me. if you don't want to treat me well like standard bank please let me know. Verify below document by COB tomorrow because i can not be be treated well by other bank whereas i am holding your card here where are the little investment i open "i open with you"

Second complain - now they declined my application. @nedbank please stop giving juniors or non professional staff to assist us.
