Mission Impossible to get Natis documents

On 30/09 I got a settlement from MFC/Nedbank and paid such amount over to MFC. The email was sent with the proof of payment and the address to send the NATIS documents too : I received a response saying it takes 7-10 days. On Wednesday, 12 October we phoned and was very un-professionally told that we can only enquire AFTER 10 WORKING DAYS after payment. In the same time, I sent an email, replying on the original response received: New response received: the natis documents was ONLY requested 11/10/2022 So we phoned on 13/10/2022 to be told: yes, once they receive the proof of payment they WAIT 6 days before they close the account and ONLY THEN they request to Natis docs which means it is going to take ANOTHER 7-10 WORKING days to get the documents.

Just a fun note : we were debited for the courier fees on 01/10/2022 as well as "change of ownership" of the documents : Nedbank never fails; they will first debit you with the fees and then you might just get service some time after that

The vehicle has been sold and the both myself and the new owner is getting anxious : Why does it take almost 3 weeks to POSSIBLY get the natis docs??????
