Missing Payments

I am very disappointed with Nedbank credit card division. I transferred funds from my Savvy account to credit card account on the 24th and it's still not reflecting to date. I called and being sent from pillar to post and still no help.I hope I will get help ASAP as I need to use that account and have payment made from it that are on hold.
