Missing payment - No Response

I logged a call in Dec 2020 for a missing payment and received amongst other the latest reference number: 467 395 03 but no action.

I was provided with an email address: Credit Card Missing Payment Queries <***>. They simply do not read and or reply to any of my queries. Consultants could not be bothered to respond to my emails.

May I please have this resolved
