Missing payment

Guys I need your advices. On the 27th of August I sent money(R2 500) to my Mother using Nedbank money app, the money did not reflect on her account up until today which is 03 October. The account number is correct I thoroughly checked it. I went to the nearest Nedbank branch they said I must bring my mothers’ bank statement, I provided them with the bank statement then they said they are lodging a case then gave me a reference number of the case so that I may follow up using that reference. I have been following up on the case since the incident up until today and the only thing I noticed is that they are not doing anything about it. I dont know what to do anymore I feel like I’m not being treated fair at Nedbank or I have been ****med by Nedbank 💔
