Missing Payment

I did a payshap payment from my Nedbank to FNB account on the 25 March 2026 which was supposed to reflect same day to date the money has not reflected in my account. When I do a follow up I’m being told that the money has gone off from Nedbank I should contact FNB and yet the money has not been received by FNB. I went to the branch yesterday and was advised that an email will be sent to Payshap and their turnaround time is 48 hrs excluding weekends. I would appreciate if this matter could be expedited as it has inconvenienced me greatly
