Missing money

Ned bank has gotten into a habit of overcharging people on bank fees and when you speak to them on their chat platform they refer you to the branch. Why should I be inconvenienced by going to the branch when they are the ones who made a mistake. Can someone please reverse my money back into my account. Lord knows it was the last bit of money I had and I’m not going to go into a branch and risk getting in contact with COVID.
