missing money

Hi since November 2014 I have been experiencing problems in my cheque account. I have to go to the branch now n then n it costs me a lot bcz most of the time I go there during working hrs n they minus the time I'm out at work. Last month I went to close my account bcz of another problem n the consultant asked me not to begging mme.now on the 22nd Feb 2015 I had R71.18 available n R2121.09 c/b.24th Feb money was deposited n the next day I checked my balance there waa money missing again. I called the branch on the 23rd till today n no help I'm getting from the branchI, I won't go to the branch I want my money back n close the account n move to the other banbank.very disappointed in nedbank n I took mfc n car insurance with them.
