missing money

<p>on 24/12/16 transferred R200 from my Credit card to my check account which I used at Spar for the amount of R191 which the balance was R8.70. On 25/12/16 I transferred R300 again to my check account and immediately I got a sms which stated that R300 was transferredto my check account and that I got a balance of R97 left. what happened to the R212 /R213? I called the head office but they could not give me a clear statement where that money went to. On 27 I transferred another R400 to my check account but no signs of that money that got missing. Nedbank I need to know what that R212 /R213 is for cause when I swipe my card I get an sms. I swipe my debit card on the 15th for an amount of R350 but it was debited recently. this is totally unacceptable and it feels like Nedbank is robbing me. </p>
