Missing money

Nedbank is now ****ming us , R7000 has just disappeared and no one from Nedbank can explain why , I spoke to call center and she couldn’t explain why my money is not reflecting on my account she ended disconnecting the call on me and I tried the chat but they couldn’t explain. Im honestly thinking to changing banks cause Nedbank is starting to be *****ulent . How can R7000 just disappeared without a trace ??????
