Missing Funds

On tuesday 26th of March i deposited R20 000 at PnP the glen around 1pm, i used card to deposit and all transactions of R5000 each were approved however till today no money has been credited to my account. When i go to PnP they tell me everything on their side cleared, when i call the bank they saying no trace of funds. Kindly assist.
