Missing Funds

25 November 2022 at 07h30, instant payment of R12000 was made from Discovery Bank to Nedbank Savy Gold account. I've been taken from pillar to post by both banks. Discovery Bank confirmed payment was sent through to Nedbank but Nedbank cannot allocate my money, this is the worse service I'm getting from the two trusted banks. I want my money back.
