Missing funds

My partner sent me money from his FNB account via payshap on the 25th of August 2026,and i never recieved it up until now,i went to a Nedbank banch 2 times and called them more than 5 times,they ddnt help me instead they keep on transferring me to another agent,im so frustrated and angry,because FNB has confirmed that the money went through,so why is it not appearing on my account?Such poor service and incompetant Nedbank agents with no assistance what so ever
