Missing funds
Good day
Can somebody please assist me as there are funds missing from my account. I called the bank yesterday and was told.thatcthe.money is in my account but as I spoke to the consultant telephonically I could.clearly see on my app that the moneycwas not their.
Thiamin unacceptable as I trust the bank to keep my money safe but in cases like I am quite concerned that my money I not kept safe.
Can somebody please call me with urgency to have this matter resolved and have my money paid back

26 Apr 2025, 23:34useless - even when chatting to agents online via app and internet banking nobody can assist you - always a system issue with Nedbank - i think i should make a complaint via the Banking OBUDSMAN to get your attention - a R148 might seem little to you but i am a paying customer
