Missing Funds

On tuesday 11th of July i deposited R15 000 at PnP the glen around 10 am, i used card to deposit and all transactions of R5000 each were approved however till today only 10 000 has been credited to my account. When i go to PnP they tell me everything on their side cleared, when i call the bank they saying no trace of funds. Kindly assist. I have provided clear bank statement showing the reversal of R4980 deposited at the glen yet they have not rectified this .Its monthend theres bills to pay.
