Missing Airtime

I bought airtime on 2nd of Feb 2019, for R200 the money was deducted from my account but didn't recieve the airtime.

I was told that my enquiry will be resolved in 4 working days even now the situation is not resolved and the money not returned to my account the service from complaints has been poor and unprofessional, Sandile Mkungo the person who has dealing with my problem is slow and doesn't show the ability to resolve the situation as fast as possible. I been with Nedbank for over 10 years and this recent situation has made me wonder if it's time to get a new bank.
