Miss treat

My name is Khulekani Zwane, a friend of mine sent me money for Petrol using "send imali" from Nedbank, dew to the fact that I have an account with Nedbank the automatically went mobimoney, and when I tried to withdraw the money the system kept on saying I must use the temporary pin that they have sent me ( but I didn't receive any pin) when I eventually called (around 8pm)the customer service a guy by the name of Gerald Pretorious and his supervisor told me that there can't assist me I must go to the branch even when I told them that I don't have enough Petrol to get home, they told me that I will have to sleep on the street, if they treat their costumers like this I wonder how they treat those who are not supporting their business
