I have a query with my statement charges. Went to bank, on the phone. Someone promised to call back, but I waited in vain. Went back to bank yesterday, was on the line, waiting for assistance, but took too long. I phoned today. Person on the other side did not understand my query, and kept me "holding", till I rang off
