Misleading Nedbank clients by saying no initiation fee

Accept I have a picture of this. The sales agent in the home loan department does not know about this. "Thank you for the picture however I have confirmed and this is not applicable, we are currently not running any sort of campaign removing the initiation fee." This is the reply I got from the agent. This is very misleading to your Nedbank clients. You say no initiation fee online but want to charge your customers the fee.
