Misleading Application Process

Last night, in the comfort of my home, I opened a transaction account via the money app and selected to NOT have a card. The account is not linked to my profile and after chatting with ntuthuzeko and nosipho I'm now told that I must go to a branch to get a card so that the account get be linked to my profile, what nonsense is this! Why? If you cannot fix whatever is blocking the account from pulling through to my app then cancel the damn thing because at no point of the application was I told I will be required to go to tye branch. Accept this as an official complaint for misleading information as the next step will be the ombudsman.
