Misleading and dishonest consultant at nedbank phoenix

I went to the phoenix plaza branch on Thursday , the consultant than assisted me was not transparent, I needed a need card as my old card expires on the 1st of Oct I asked her if there's a better account she sed yes and asked me to read on app so I choose another account t as my account was the old nedbank savings opened like 19 years ago.by she didn't explain my account number will change so wen I asked she sed yes I asked her to cancel and leave my account kljust give me a new card as it's guna expire I also asked her for a bank statement from in side bank wen she printed the firstnpage I said I dnt want it as I need it wid letterhead I will take it from ATM and asked her repeatedly if I was guna pay she sed no she cNcelled it I can go to ATM for statement, she also didn't tell me that I had to pay for a new card .now I see on my app R440 bank charges , there's 50 rand 6 times taken on and 100 rand for the card and 40 rand for the statement at the ATM.ok I willing to pay for the 40rand bt wat the hell R400 was charged to my account ntg was explained to me ,she sed I will not be charged for the statement inside bank of which I didn't even take and I'm show there's camera in the bank to prove this .today I received R219 into my account for my babies milk and that was taken by nedbank.this service is terrible , dishonest and non transparent for a bank that I am with for so many years .I demand answers.
