misleading advert by nedbank

I app**** for homeloan at nedbank online and I was promised a 1% discount on my homeloan when i app**** online of which I did but after my homeloan approval I was told that I can't get that 1% discount because I app**** through the third party of which it was all lies because I app**** online and I was approved online by their agency. I would like to inform fellow South African not to fall to this trap of lies by Nedbank just like me, use other banks except Nedbank.
