Misinformation

We received an adverti*****t from Nedbank advertising Smart Geysers. My wife has an account with Nedbank. I have tried on many occasions to get more information over a few months. At last, I received an email from them stating that only a small % of clients are entitled to any further info. Why then did they send the advert out to a large number of clients when they were only trying to address a small number of clients? Why could they not send out the info anyway? It might encourage more clients to invest in a specific offering of Nedbank.
