Misdistribution of funds done by Nedbank Rosebank employee.

I went to bank for assistance because I did not have my card with me and my bank app was not working. I was assisted by one employee on self help service machine. She did all the all the transaction for me on the machine and transferred my money to the wrong recipient instead of sending cash to my self. I did not get the voucher and pin then i went into bank to enquire and did not get help either. I contacted their complaints department and still was not assisted to get all my money back. The Rosebank Nedbank manager refused to reimburse me and instead they only gave me 50% of my money . The staff and management were so ***********. I wish to have all my money back and do not know who to ask to help.
