Mine liquadated, no income cannot pay installment

I was employed at Kiepersol Colliery, where I worked for Jetvest contract, where the mine has been liquidated, 31Aug 2015. They send us back home with the promise they will call us back. After two weeks they call us back, I work for only 10 days, then they close the mine for good. They send us home without any salary or notice! I bought a house though Nedbank, around 9 years ago. Between Oct and Nov I've been to Nedbank branch, with the documents that reflect that the mine is closed down. The consultant told me since I got a personal loan and a home loan we have to send the documents to the insurance claim dept of personal loan and home loan, which she said will be E mailed through to head office. Since then around 30 agents from Nedbank phoned me, and I must explain the whole thing every time, without anybody seems to make note of it on the system? I then send the documents AGAIN in Nov to a person by the name of Eveline, and I beg her, to please notify me whether she recieved it, nobody rep****! A lady by the name Lauren from head office phoned me, and said that I've been handed over, because no payment was made since Sept 2015. Please continue reading on next report, thanks
