Mind blowing bad service

Because of FICA documents my wife's card is blocked. No communication sent through, just from nowhere boom the card is blocked, and it can't be unblocked within 24hrs,this is the most rediculous system I ever seen, what is back office, so someone can be strunded because of your incompetence, get the card unblocked for Godsake
