Middelburg mall nedbank branch BAD SERVICE INDEED!!!!

Middleburg Mall branch have zero service, I had to wait for more than hour just to get a confirmation of letter for my account. Ur reception did not give me number to queue she promised she will print as I have sent it to her via email.

Worsed of all it was empty in a branch ppl were coming and leaving me there. If she couldn't assist she should have given a number 1 of the consultant could printed. Rather waiting for her, for more than an hour I still left with a letter cos I was frustrated. It's being 3 months using this bank and is second time being frustrated going to the branch. Yes I used middelburg mall branch as is closed to were I stay. But sort out the service at Middelburg mall.... even SOE can give a better service than this. I don't even know how will get letter as I have to submit it to SARS. SHOPPING AROUND FOR A BETTER BANK I CANT KEEP ON EXPERIENCING THIS.
