Mi- Goals fiasco
I am a new client of Nedbank and a pensioner . I recently after going in to the local branch, was put on an account called pay as you use, but their fees are ridiculous. As i get assistance financially from friends and family ,ridiculous fees are added for certain products. I called them about 2 months ago after i was at the branch to migrate to a new service advertised called Mi-goals with lower fees for pensioners, but was given the runaround between branch and online. I called today to find out if i had been migrated. Apparently not ,only in December which after my first date of requesting this is 6 months, then their advertising of this product is advertising misleading. This is absolutely ridiculous. As a new client you are on your way to losing another client, Recently you lost my brother as a client to another bank. It looks like this is the way to go.
