Mfn netbank poor service

I return my auidi a3 back to mfc netbank due to it being faulty i paid for 9 months had my car only a month and a half because it went back to m&j motors 3 times came back twice with the problem only worse eintil my car broke down in rustenburg did diagnostic report showed the clutch were faulty and other components were damaged after they fixed it twice so i sended my car back to them a 3rd time then they’re parttners (gearbox service) who were repairing the gearbox fir the 3rd time called me said i have to pay 15000 but everything were still under warranty everytime my car goes to them i paid it took 2 to 3 monts evertime so after the 3rd time i called mfc netbank explaining to them whats going on and telling them what happened exc the woman who helped me said i would not be blacklisted i must send everything through to them i sended the emails and diagnostic report to her the car were standing at gearbox service in klerksdorp at that time a guy from mfc came to my house ive signed the car off to them returning it to mfc i never received a copy of the document ive signed that were in 2019 im blacklisted since then after she said i would not be blacklisted…. The car is still on my name i still have to take out the license… some people called me who are working with mfc saying ive been handed over to them i must make payments and so on then they tell me my auidi are standing at m&j motors they took the car back but ive signed it back to mfc who financed it now they want me to pay for a car i dont even have since 2019 i dont know what to do anymore ive email mfc telling them i will pay the instalment if my car is 100% and in my possession they did not respond ive tried calling ive emailed them many times with no response back from them so yeah thats my story/problem and the woman who called me never mentioned an onbutsman or any assistance from netbank mfc to help me resove this
