MFC's lack of service

I'm super frustrated with Nedbank MFC's service I called them on Monday to request for a settlement letter and till today I have not received it. Every time I call to follow up, they keep telling me that my request has assigned to different team leaders who are never available to take my calls. How is it my problem that people are on leave? I need this sorted ASAP!
