MFC, worst possible people to get hold of

<p>I have been trying to get hold of MFC for the past almost 2 hours!!!! Every time I try calling a different number, I get transferred. Someone picks up the phone, tells me to hold on as they transfer me and then the waiting game starts again and I get transferred back to customer care which cannot assist me. Really pathetic service that I am actually considering of cancelling my policy. I don't see the point in having a policy with a company who cannot assist you when the need arises.</p>
